Examples and Common Kitchen Layouts

Tips to  creating a floor plan your kitchen.
We need you to do this and bring it in to our design centers to create your custom layout.

"U" SHAPED KITCHEN "L" SHAPED KITCHEN

"GALLEY" KITCHEN SINGLE WALL KITCHEN

There are a few things to know before planning your kitchen. First and most important is the floor plan itself...see below.

This is what you need to draw out and bring in with the above questionnaire.
Use one of the above common layouts as your model

Floor Plan Example

Carefully measure the floor space in your kitchen, noting window and door openings.

Good kitchen designs are based on a concept called the "balanced triangle" which organizes space, traffic patterns, and appliances around work centers.

For maximum efficiency, the three sides of your balanced triangle should total from 12 to 24 feet when added together.

To receive a custom quote, and have one of our trained specialists complete a kitchen drawing, fill out the questionnaire carefully and bring it and your measurements to one of our design studios/showrooms.
